I would like to create a pop email account in confluence

We would like to share an incoming email on one of our space's in Confluence. We get invoices emailed to a pop account we would like to organise the invoices in Confluence because 4 people work on them

Confluence is not an email server, it's a wiki. 

Could you explain what you're trying to achieve with Confluence here?  I think the question may be badly phrased and there's a valid question behind it.

Take note of the warning - Confluence has to delete the emails from the mailbox once it has imported them, otherwise it will loop and keep importing repeatedly.
