You can put something like this in your custom HTML:

<script> AJS.toInit(function() { $("#comments-section").prepend("<h3>Feedback or commit</h3>"); }); </script>

You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
