I want to restrict a page , to be seen by every body but to be edited by specific persons . I don't have the option .

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!!

To add or remove page restrictions, you'll need to have permissions to edit the page and 'Restrict' or 'Admin' permission in the space.

Hello , unfortunately this answer can not solve my issue because I don't have admin rights . I was searching , but still I can not find how I need to contact . Can you provide a link or a person how can help?
