I want to know how i can use iframe feature to embed data from workfront on confluence page

I am using Workfront as Project management tool in my organization. I have been looking into integrating Workfront and Confluence to reduce the user dependency on Workfront, I want to know more about Iframe feature. Is the embedded data on confluence page in sync with Workfront data? Does it need Workfront user license or read only access is enough ?

Please assist me if anyone knows on how it can be achieved. Any other ideas you have are more than welcome.
