I want to Delete the How-To Article Page

I want to delete the How-To Article page which we initialled used to create Confluence pages, but the How-To Articles page lists a lot of currently used Confluence pages.

Will deleting this page, delete all those listed on the How-To Article?

When you delete a page, you are just deleting that page, it doesn't delete others. 

In confluence 6, you get the option to delete any child pages as well.
