I can't believe there's not an obvious way to do this, but...
I want to insert an Excel *.xlsx table into a page and have it become a Confluence table.
There is a macro that allows you to convert a *.xls table, but not the more up to date *.xlsx table. When I use the {ex macro to insert table from an Excel spreadsheet attached to a page, the spreadsheet isn't listed. I assume it's because its an xlsx file not a xls file.
Which is crazy since the xlsx format has been standard for about 5 years.
Copy & paste works pretty well. Just highlight the cells you want in your Confluence table, copy them to the clipboard and then paste them in to Confluence's editor.
