If you've lost your private/public SSL key, then that's it, it's gone.  You will need to start again.  A private key really means it - you should be the only person with any access to it.

I'm afraid I don't know what you mean by your private key. Do you mean your password? If so, please contact a system administrator or open a help desk ticket in your organization. I don't think we will be able to assist you unfortunately.
