I used to be administrator of an account now my account is managed after updating email

I am an admin of an account, I changed my email and now my account is "managed".

How can I return to the previous status (unmanaged)?

 

I do not even know who is the "manager" of my account now.

Yes, I did,

I follow the link that atlassian sent me to verify my account...

I didn't know the implications of that...

Hi @Jesus F Gracia and welcome to the community,

Did you verify any domain? The only way to have manage accounts is to verify a domain and start provisioning of users:

You can delete the domain verification if not mistaken
