Hi @Haitong Zhang ,

I'd suggest reaching out to your IT department (or potentially a manager) who should be able to assist you or at least point you in the right direction 👈
That's if you have a managed account that is under a specific organization.

Note that here, on the forums, you'll mainly find other Atlassian customers (like me), who cannot access other instances or sites.

Your organization admin needs to grant you the Confluence license. This forum helps with technical questions and other types. This can be solved by your admin.
