I'm using Confluence to browse excel(large file), it is easy to get confused code, or long list in two pages. Users must download the file before it can be used normally. How to fix the problems?

Software can't fix a human getting confused, or needing to "download before it can be used normally".

Could you explain the exact problems you are trying to fix?
