As a Project Manager/Scrum Master, I am reporting a critical issue where a vital project page is inaccessible via the standard interface and administration tools.
The page titled fp-iopt is no longer visible in the standard page tree, the "All Pages" list in the Space Admin, or the general Confluence search.
I was able to retrieve its content via a direct URL, proving the content and page object still exist in the database, but it is currently unmanageable and inaccessible to the project team.
Direct Access: Verified the page exists by accessing the direct URL: https://fp-iopt.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/ISO/pages/33751041
Toggle Visibility: Checked the Space Tools > Content Tools > Pages section; the page does not appear for visibility or deletion.
Permissions Check: Confirmed the page's parent page and the space itself have the correct permissions for all users, yet the page remains hidden.
Admin Module: Checked the Confluence Administration features (e.g., Content Indexing, Content Trash); the page is not in the trash and does not appear to be affected by standard administrative tasks.
Re-Indexing: A full Confluence index rebuild was attempted (if authorized by your admin) and did not resolve the issue.
Team has less than 10 users so the page should be accessible in free plan but it says services suspended .

Please investigate why this existing page object is excluded from the standard page tree structure and administrative modules, and restore it to its correct location .
Welcome @Anushka
Have you checked the Hidden section from your space settings? Does this page have any restrictions added?
Hi @Anushka ,
You can hide a page or other items from the content tree by moving it to the root of the space - that is, rearranging the item in your content tree to put it at the same level as the space home page. This removes the item from your content tree so people can't find it by browsing through the tree. Hidden (and orphaned) items still show up in search results, and can be accessed if someone has the page or doc URL.
For example, if you're creating a space for a client and there's a page on which you take notes, you can keep it in the space, hidden, and still link to it from elsewhere on your site.
If you don't want anyone to find a page or doc, you don't need to hide it. Instead, you can just change the restrictions settings, archive it, or send it to the trash.
To hide an item:
Next to your space's name in the sidebar, select More actions (•••), then Space settings.
Open the Content menuand select Reorder.
Open the content tree and move the item to the same level as the home page.
If you do not have any incoming links, your page or live doc will be an orphan. Confluence lets you see a list of orphaned items in your space. This is useful if you're using include content macros to pull content from one piece of content onto multiple others. As you add and remove content over time, you can see which items aren't being referenced anywhere by checking Hidden content.
To view the orphaned and hidden items in a space:
Next to your space's name in the sidebar, select More actions (•••), then Space settings.
Open the Content menuand select Hidden.
