I'm trying to give people edit access for a Confluence page - how do i do this?

We as community members won't be able to help you with this since we do not have access to the cloud site you mentioned. You should reach out to your Site Administrators to get the required access to the site and the space. If you are not aware who they are you can try reaching out to your colleagues/managers if they can help get some contacts or else you can submit a support case with Atlassian who can help you with this information.
