I'm having problems installing draw.io on Confluence.

When attempting to install the Draw.IO plugin on Confluence I am getting the following error 

'Problem accessing the file draw.io Diagrams for Confluence.'

I'm getting the following in the atlassian-confluence.log

download Error downloading plugin from https://marketplace.atlassian.com/download/apps/1210933/version/800100000

Confluence version is 5.10.2

Hi Mark.

Do you maybe see an error regarding URL configuration also? If you see it, it probably means that base URL is not configured correctly, this breaks the UPM.

 In that case, this article can help you.

If this is not the case, please attach us here a screenshot when the error appears.
