Your administrators have removed or disabled the add-on that provides those macros (or, they were user macros which they have turned off).

They may have upgraded and invalidated the add-on, that's often a route to these sort of errors.

Yes, issue sorted. Plugin was expired.

There is a plugin (i forgot the name) which was expired.
