I'm confused about Atlassian Free Cloud. In some places it looks like it's free forever for 10 or fewer users, for Confluence, Jira Software, and Jira Service Desk (3 agents). In other places it looks like you have to pay $10/mo for these applications. I was able to set up all three applications via the free forever links, but now my Manage Subscriptions page is saying that the free trial ends in 2 months. When I go to my Licenses page, it says my license expires in 1 month. Can someone point me to a clear description of what Atlassian offers free for 10 or fewer users, and how to obtain it?
I am still confused, under billing I see 10 user of Jira. I dont' see BitBucket. When I goto BitBucket billing: https://www.atlassian.com/software/bitbucket/pricing
It is asking me login again, but I cant use my domain name, since it is already taken!!!
Why it is so freaking confusing?
Hi @John Menges,
Welcome to the Community!
What I believe you need to do is go to the Billing Section of your Site Administration.
Then click on the "Manage subscriptions" option in the left hand menu.
From here it will display all of the applications you have a subscription for and what plan you have. If any of them say "Standard plan" click the "Change" link next to it, and you should be taken to a page where you can choose between Free/Standard/Premium.
This will also display the differences between the various plans. Once you click on the "Select Free" button it should update the estimate on the billing page.
I hope that helps!
