I look for the shortcut to create a userstory in JIRA from a text in Confluence

We usually start documenting and describing a problem in confluence. Later we maybe would like to create a US in jira using the given fomat of the text in confluence. 

There is a shortcut but I do not remember.

You could achieve that if you are entering your info on a table in confluence. You can select e.g. two rows. Then a popup will appear which will guide you on creating issues from these two rows. Read more here.
