I have lost access to Confluence. How do I get it back?

Here we are a user community, using our own Confluence instances. We don't inherently know which instance you are trying to access, and we likely don't have access to that instance ourselves. But we can try to offer some advice if you can answer a few questions.
What happens when you try to access the content?
When was the last time you were successfully able to access the content?
Is this a subscription you set up for yourself, or one owned by another entity that granted you access?
If it is a subscription owned by another entity, you will need to contact that entity to address your access issue. If you are unsure who to contact in that case, try contacting the people who initially told you to access that Confluence instance.
