Hi @Poojitha D as it has been a few days, are you still are unable to access Confluence?

You can reply back here with an update, or if you have a Standard, Premium, or Enterprise license, a System Administrator can contact Atlassian Support for further assistance.

Hi @Poojitha D 

I checked the status on Atlassian Status, there seems to be no open incidents that report issues with confluence. Our confluence site is also up. 

I hope you have already tried a new browser.

I did check in other browser in both chrome and microsoft edge
