I'm trying to create both Confluence and Jira workspaces/sites, but I keep receiving this error. The URLs I'm trying to use are available, and I'm not receiving any guidance as to why the error is popping up other than to contact support (see attached images). Every means of trying to contact support is prompting me for a URL, which I obviously don't have. I'm not sure what to do. Has anybody had a similar issue and can help me solve this?
Hello @Aida Moftah
Please contact this Directly to support as not only you are affected by following problem.
Hi @Arkadiusz Wroblewski. Thanks for the swift reply. Unfortunately, I'm unable to contact support directly as it keeps prompting me for our URL (which I don't have because of the above issue). It's a circular problem that I'm really unsure how to fix. I'm hoping that somebody with the ability to escalate this problem will see my post.

It seems that more people are affected by that so probably one of User will Flag that to Support, as it looks as some bigger problem in Backend.
