I have added a new user to a private page, and its showing they have full access but they can't

They keep getting this error message - youve stumbled across restricted access, contact your administrator. 

Well theyve contacted me and I've added them but still getting the same message!

Hi @Alexis Noble Welcome to Atlassian Community. Lets verify few things first - Have you added the user to the required space ? Have you given them write permission on the pages ? Are there any restrictions set on the page they are trying to edit ?
