I have a confluence page that keeps timing out when I try to update it

I have an issue with confluence. The page is timing out when I try to do any edits to the page

How do I raise an issue with confluence for them to see what the issue is?

There's currently an active incident where users are unable to create and edit confluence pages that is impacting all the Confluence cloud customers. Atlassian will provide more details within the next hour.
