It's still not implemented so we're all still waiting to improve the look of our Confluence pages. Lack of a "Professional Look" is highlighted as a reason to store everything in documents on Box and no one here wants that.

Unfortunately, a lot of the professional look and feel requires 3rd party plugins.
I have experience with Refined for confluence (https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/15231/refined-for-confluence-sites-themes?tab=overview&hosting=datacenter) which you may want to consider.
