I had admin rights but without my knowledge, seems i dont have now as with my correct email

I had admin rights on confluence space but seems now i do not have as my password is not getting accepted and there is no provision to reset / forget password. 
With trial, i got below error message where i don't know what to do as next - 

I need rights where i can add users / change their permissions on need bases which i had earlier but seems now i don't.
