Simply sign up for a cloud instance - https://www.atlassian.com/try/cloud/signup?bundle=confluence&edition=standard - and take the appropriate steps to decommission the server instance.

If you're after a refund/transfer or credit for your purchase, you'll need to raise this with Atlassian directly :)
