I don't see embedded Trello boards when I paste a board link into Confluence

Apparently I should be able to see and interact with Trello boards directly from Confluence, but I'm only seeing the bare URL when I paste into Confluence. 

Could this be an issue of permissions between the Confluence page and the Trello board? Or is there another issue I should check to get this working?
