I don't receive the Comala Document Management signing token setup validation email

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!

I have been using Comala Document Management for a year and a half. I am now trying to use 'Comala Document Management signing,' after entering my email, I was asked to validate it. I entered my email a week ago but still haven't received any confirmation email."

I would suggest double checking the steps and making sure that nothing was missed.  https://docs.comalatech.com/space/CDMC/6916311102/Setting+up+an+approval+signing+token 

If you are not getting anything after that and you have checked your junk mail folder, etc. I would suggest submitting a support issue to Appfire https://appfire.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/11/user/login?destination=portal%2F11
