I do not see in the user management area where I can reset a failed login count. Where has this gone?

This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Edit User Details

We are on Confluence 5.9.8.  A user has an excessive number of failed logins and the link to reset that number was previously available in the user's account details - it is now gone.  The documentation does not state clearly where I can reset the login numbers.  Where is this now?

When you click on a users profile, it should show up right underneath the "Current Failed Login Count".
