Hi @Mike Oh ,

In you are system admin of your confluence instance, then go to admin settings --> Backup administration

i.e. https://<baseURL>/admin/dailybackupadmin.action 

Please note:
It is not recommend the automatic backup procedure for production installations, as it may require a large amount of memory, CPU and disk space.
Instead, it is recommend that you perform a manual backup of your Confluence database, home directory and attachments
