I cannot see data in the Data tab on CommCare site after send/sync data from phone; why?

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!

The phone user completed the data collection, then select finish to finish data collection process and send/sync data from phone to CommCare server. The message show the number of data sent to CommCare server successfully, and once we sync again, the message on phone show that phone and server sync successfully and information up to date. 

However, when I log in to CommCare site to export the data, I don't see any data uploaded into the data tab. Meaning that we don't receive the sync data. WHY?
