I cannot add a new user to confluence - free plan

Hi I have only 7 users  in my account 

I have 2 problems 

1. Send invites to new users and they have not received them and I press resend and nothing happens - it says on the system invite is sent though

2. Now I go an try to add a user and it wont let me type anything in the field 

So I cannot add= anyone - not sure what is wrong

Hi @alison harrington ,

do you still have problems to invite users? Could you maybe provide a screenshot of the situation you are describing in your post? Maybe you're missing something we're able to spot here.
