I cannot access the confluence website

I previously had access to Confluence, but I am currently unable to log in.

You should speak to your organization admin to give you the access back. You can also ask them to check the logs and see what happened. Atlassian cannot give the access to each site, this would be against their security policy.

Unless you are the one, you cannot. You should ask someone inside your company who is your organization admin.
