Where are you seeing this message?  Is it when you click edit or create, or when you try to save something, or somewhere else?

Is there any more of the error?

It just says that the page could not be loaded and I should contact support:

Ok, thanks, that's telling us that there's not a lot more we (as a Community) can do, and you will need Atlassian to look at logs and so-on.

You'll need to raise an issue with the Atlassian Cloud support team over at https://support.atlassian.com/contact

Hello Uwe,

To follow-up, what Nic mentioned is right; we need you to raise a support ticket so we can take a look at your site and see what the issue would be. That error isn't very common; I found one example that the support team is currently looking into, so we don't know the solution yet.

The best thing to do is to report this to your site admin, because they have the permission to raise a ticket with Atlassian Support, and then in turn give us access to your Cloud site. When we have access to your Cloud site, we'll be able to help troubleshoot this problem by having a look at your site logs.

Thank you for your understanding!

Shannon
