I can't setup my database

I willing to set up confluence via Synology NAS and docker container.

I entered exactly all things.

And I confirmed port-forwarding working well.

Why I can't set up my DB?

Postgre SQL : 12.3v

Confluence-server on docker : latest.

This is what it says it is, the Confluence server cannot reach the database server over your network.

Are the settings correct?  Can you try going on to the Confluence server and running a simple telnet to the database host and see if it responds?  The error message you will get will probably tell you where the fault is.
