Have you tried to clean your browser cache and also to access from the incognito mode? Also, log off and log back in and try it again.
Do you get any response from the dev console in your browser as well? (like status codes of 400 or 500 - within that range)
Try with different browser as well. If none of this works, contact the support.And yes, Atlassian is not giving the support for the server anymore, you can just name your cloud instance and refer to your server space that is having the issues.

The 500 status page indicates that something is wrong with the server which is on the Atlassian side.According to their status page, everything is operational.
If this issue persists from your side after trying everything from above, please raise a support ticket.
