Are these two instances created by your company, or just by you personally? If they were created by your company, you will need to ask your Atlassian admin to help get you access. Here on Community we are all volunteer users, so we won't be able to grant you access.
If you created them personally, were your two instances dormant for any period? If you didn't connect and use them for a long time, they maybe have been removed due to inactivity. You should check your emails for one entitled something like "[Action Required] Jump back in to Confluence to keep your subscription"
