I can not install Team Calendars for Confluence

Mario-Boss October 12, 2018

Hello

I bought Team Calendars and Questions add-on for Confluence..

Question module (SEN-XXX) is incompatible with my Confluence (SEN-XXX), so I requested update. Please can you let me know about this subject.

The second problem is bigger. Calendars (SEN-XXX)  is not searchable in the market, so I do not know how to install it? Please send me link to installer.

This is nothing to do with licences or SEN, you've managed to install a version of Calendars that is not valid for your version of Confluence.  Could you tell us what versions of Calendar and Confluence you have?

Confluence 6.12.0

I do not know what version because I do not know how to download Team Calendar for Confluence.. hmm..

In your screenshot listing the Apps, each one is a line.  To the left, there's a > for "expand" - that will show you licences (if any) version and some other info about the app.  It will also let you disable or remove it in there.

You should remove the App, as it's broken, and install the right one from the UPM, which will get the right version for you automatically.

Mario,

Please see my previous answer.  It explains the issue that you are having and how to get the latest version of Team Calendars.  It still will not be compatible with the version you are running but you can install it.

GREAT ! thank you Brant... it is working now.. I will wait for updates..

Mario,

I am assuming that you have Confluence Server 6.12 installed.  Team Calendars and Questions show not being compatible with 6.12 when I run a check on my instance.  This is why you would not find calendars when searching the marketplace within Confluence.  Usually Atlassian add-ons are updated prior to the release of a new version of their products.  We have been waiting to upgrade because of this.  Even though it shows that it is incompatible it still might work and you would need to test.  To install team calendars you would have to go here: https://my.atlassian.com/products  Find it in the list of products and download the package installer and do a manual install.  I would assume that Atlassian will fix the issue shortly, in the past it has been less than 2 weeks from the release.  It is good to check compatibility prior to updating.

Hi Mario,

I removed the SEN numbers since this is a public forum, and you do not want to advertise those numbers to the whole world to see.
