I can not add any leave or training in the existing calendar on confluence created by my manager

I can not add any leave or training in the existing calendar on confluence created by my manager, I try to do the add calendar in calendar option in the upper button. Do I have some permission issues, and continuously there is a pop-up message is coming on the upper right corner on the page that, Service disruption, Although I can perform any other actions successfully, But having an issue with calendar option only.
