I can not add a gadget on Jira

Hello!

I want add a gadget on Jira, but i do not understand how to do this. it would be by url ? How would you do to upload to url ?

In the "add gadget" dialogue, the url it is asking for should be the url of the remote gadget you want to add to Jira.

what do you mean "How would you do to upload to url" ?
Gadgets display summaries of JIRA project and issue data on the dashboard.
