I can no longer upload documents and display them as hyperlinked text

I am trying to edit a confluence page i created to manage my teams long list of documents sorted by product. i now only have the option to link or embed and these need to be uploaded into the database and then linked to so they are stored there.

@Dina Simpson Welcome to the Atlassian Community.

It sounds like the Attachments Macro may work for you. You can add it to a page and it will provide the users a list (with hyperlinks) of all of the attachments on the page.
