I am unable to access the link for the documents. It is asking me to contact my administrator.

I get an error message asking to contact my administrator when I click on the link to access the documents on Confluence.

There are a couple of things that could cause this.  Most likely the issues is that the document resides on a page or space that you do not have access to.  I would suggest working with your admin to see where the document resides and confirm that you have access to it.
