I am unable to access Confluence

Trying to access Confluence on the below URL - 

https://id.atlassian.com/login/select-account?application=confluence&continue

However when I attempt to raise a ticket I get the error message - This doesn't look like an Atlassian Cloud URL you're typing.

I've also tried - aveva-confluence.atlassian.net. but still get the error message. Please advise on a solution.

Hello Gerard,

It looks like you’re trying to access the site through id.atlassian.com, but that domain is only used for authentication (signing in to your Atlassian account). It doesn’t host your actual Atlassian applications.

Your Confluence site is located under your organization’s specific domain - in this case:
https://aveva-confluence.atlassian.net/wiki

Please try accessing that URL directly after signing in.
If you’re already logged in at id.atlassian.com, you’ll be redirected automatically to the correct site once you open the above link.

Hope this helps clarify the difference between the Atlassian ID login service and your actual Confluence instance.
