I am one of the admin and trying to remove restriction from a child page which has inehrited restriction from it's parent page. But in the child page I need to have everyone with edit permission.

When I select no restriction, the "Apply" button is not enabled. Please help me, its urgent.

In a word (or two), you can't. Longer, you cannot set loser restrictions than the inherited persmissions coming from parents, grand parents, spce, etc.

You solution here, is to move the page to the root level, then as long as users have rights to the space, they will be able to edit.
