I am not getting Bit bucket invite email to accept and access Bit Bucket repositories.

Hi,

As per requirements I need to create automation UI scripts and maintain the code on the GIT Bit bucket repositories, and Bit bucket manager label person sending invite to accept and access the repository but i am not getting the invite email as other team member got that email.

Please look into it.

Hi @Keshav Prasad ,

You could check the following:

  1. Navigate to https://bitbucket.org/

  2. Click your profile avatar > Personal settings > Email notifications (or Email preferences).

  3. Make sure the Product Invitations option is checked in the "Product Surveys and Invitations" section.

Additionally, you could ask the admin to resend the invitation. They could cancel the current pending invitation and send the new one.

Also:

  • Check your spam/junk folders.
  • Make sure emails from Bitbucket/Atlassian are not being blocked or filtered by your email provider.

If you still do not receive the invitation, your email may be on Atlassian’s suppression list (for example, if an invite was sent before your email account was active). You or your product/app admin could reach out to Atlassian Support for their team to check. 👀
