I am not able to login confluence and not able to reset the password

Hi Team,

I am not able to login Confluence page, it says incorrect User name or password, I tried to use "Forgot your password". 

I received email and i accessed the password reset link and tried, again it is showing "Internal error" I am not able to reset my password and use confluence page.

Log into Atlassian - Confluence_AWS_Prod

Have you tried contacting your admin?

As community members, we don't have access to the instance or internal settings. It would be best to address this privately with the person who granted you access.
