Please understand that this is a Community forum, so nobody here has access to your company’s internal admin setup.

You will need to handle this internally with your own administrators or IT team.

Contact to you confluence space admin or your organization admin, since permissions could be changed from Confluence side, or some groups were deleted in your organization.
