I am having trouble syncing pages between two cloud spaces. I am also using Ricksoft's Space Sync.

I have two spaces, namely 

https://tokiapplication.atlassian.net/wiki/home (client's)

https://appinventiv.atlassian.net/wiki/home(ours)

Using Ricksoft's Space Sync for confluence I successfully synced the pages but now I am having trouble syncing the new pages.

Haven't used the app in a while but I'd check permissions and page restrictions - especially on the customer's site.

Also, if the token is OK.

If it's a name conflict issue, they may have created a new page with the same name in the target space. Or, if a synced page existed in the target space, was deleted a then new page was created, then the link between the original pair is broken.
