I am facing error "The Sauce VMs failed to start the browser or device"

I went to saucelabs documentations and added required capabilities

platformName:iOS",

"automationName:XCUITest",

"deviceOrientation:portrait",

"platformVersion:11.0",

"deviceName:iPhone 6 Simulator",

"appiumVersion:1.7.2",

"platformName:iOS",

"browserName:"

with sauce-storage path.

But still I am facing the same issue. Please help me on this
