Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
Confluence does not work like that, you (or someone that has delete access to your spaces) would have had to have deleted the pages before they can create a new one with the same name.
You will need to log in with your old account to see what has happened, and, assuming you are the administrator, probably add your new account so that it can take over from the old one if you don't want to use the old one any more.
If it was a personal account, then you will probably need to reset the password to recover access to it. (If a password reset does not work, you will need to talk to Atlassian support). If it is a managed account, then you will need to talk to the administrators of the domain that owns it.
What errors are you getting when you try to log in with the old account? Can you visit id.atlassian.com and try to log into that to try to update the old account?
Online forums and learning are now in one easy-to-use experience.
