Hi,
We can no longer add or edit pages, due to the collaborative editing plug-in being unable to connect to the server.
This makes Confluence useless as a Wiki. I've followed instructions for the enterprise version to disable the plug-in, but despite being an owner/administrator, I don't have access to disable it.
Is there some way to disable collaborative editing in the cloud version? Alternatively, is there some way to export a confluence space so we can move to a provider of working software?
Thanks in advance for any assistance you can provide.
This is a Cloud server side problem, for which you are supported. Rather than try turning off functions or do a panicked migration, please raise it with Atlassian support over at https://support.atlassian.com/contact
In the longer run, consider migrating to server where you (or a third party hosting it for you) have more control over stuff like this, and can directly look into issues like this more quickly.
Thanks Nic,
In the past I have found Atlassian support less than helpful, but I will raise a ticket a see what happens.
In the interim, given this is the third breaking change forced on us, we have deemed that this software is high-risk, so we need to explore alternatives as a matter of policy.
Thanks for your reply.
