How to use page ID to locate page with this ID?

I have a file for which I know the Page ID from which it attached but I don't know how to use the Page ID to find the page.

To open the page, just replace "1234567890" with ID you have in the URL:

That works however with our setup it only works on the Space page where the page ID is included in the URL

All other pages in the space display without the page ID. For example,
